How to interpret the comparator?

In "% Change" mode, all metals start at 0% at the beginning of the selected period, making it easy to compare which metal has gained or lost more in relative terms.

In "Price USD" mode, the absolute dollar price per troy ounce is shown. Since gold trades at a much higher price than silver, this mode is useful for tracking each metal's individual trajectory.
